Dr. Ashish Nimonkar (PT)

Ashish completed his B.P.Th from D.Y. Patil College in 2005 and worked in leading hospitals like Jahangir and KEM before moving to the UK for his MSc in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University in 2012. He gained international experience working in private clinics and then joined the NHS in 2013, progressing to roles such as Senior Physiotherapist, Musculoskeletal Specialist, First Contact Practitioner, and Injection Therapist. With a strong focus on evidence-based management of joint pain—especially shoulder and knee conditions—Ashish is passionate about patient education and exercise-based rehabilitation. After 13 years in the NHS, he returned to India to serve the community. He is registered with the Maharashtra State Council and the Indian Association of Physiotherapists.
