So I’m into various formates of motorsports be it motocross, road racing , dirt track…… recently had a crash at national road racing championship, which injured/complete torn PCL ligament of my left knee which already had ACL reconstruction surgery back in time! After all my tests, got to know I’m on the edge but still Physio recovery is possible! After 3 months of Physio I was given green signal to join gym and start normal workout…..but I wasn’t convinced to go ahead hence took a break and lucky came across REHAB STATION on Instagram! Immediately booked appointment for assessment and got known about all the problems I had due to multiple injuries…..! Today my 15 sessions completed and trust me, I am back to normal……infact started riding bikes as well! Last year I visited Rehab Station to get treated for my groin injury as well as neck pain. The assessment that the physios made over there was very thorough. They even drafted me a home exercise chart for the times when I couldn't visit on busy days. (Although, Visits are recommended to complete the due sessions) The place is well equipped, hygienic with a feel good vibe led by an excellent team of professionals. Thanks to Dr. Aditi Dole and Dr. Disha Shah over there who helped me mitigate my pain and fears. Also to mention, during my visits I saw that people also came for regular assessments, (not just related to injuries) but also to improve their fitness under physio guidance.
